Please read these Terms and Service Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before registering for the event. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

1.1 Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased for the "Prosperity in the City: Where Dreams Meet Reality" event are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

1.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Payments must be made through the designated payment gateway.

2. Event Registration

2.1 Registration Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation serves as your receipt and proof of purchase.

2.2 Transfer of Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable. Only the individual whose name is on the ticket will be allowed entry to the event.

3. Event Participation

3.1 Event Access: Access to the event is restricted to registered attendees only. You must wear your event badge at all times while at the event.

3.2 Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

4. Changes to the Event

4.1 Event Schedule: The event schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

4.2 Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the event is canceled, registered attendees will be notified, and a credit will be issued for future events or services offered by Madison Rose Dalmaso. No refunds will be provided.

5. Liability and Indemnification

5.1 Personal Liability: Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The event organizers, including Madison Rose Dalmaso and any associated parties, are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.

5.2 Indemnification: By registering for the event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, Madison Rose Dalmaso, and associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the event.

6. Photography and Media

6.1 Consent to Photography: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Usage: The personal information you provide during registration will be used for event administration purposes and to keep you informed about future events and services offered by Madison Rose Dalmaso.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York City.

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1 Agreement: By registering for and participating in the "Prosperity in the City: Where Dreams Meet Reality" event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
